These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fund My Future mobile application, this website, and related services provided by Citadel Global Impact Group. By using the services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational Service
Fund My Future provides educational information, scholarship and university discovery tools, application organization features, document storage, AI-assisted tools, consultations, and related support. We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, funding, visas, employment, licensing, or any other outcome.
2. No Legal or Professional Advice
Information provided through the services is for general educational purposes. It is not legal, immigration, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You should verify requirements with official institutions and qualified professionals.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Users who are minors must have any consent required by applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the services, interfere with security, access another person’s account, upload unlawful or malicious content, scrape or copy databases without permission, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, impersonate others, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
5. Your Content and Documents
You retain ownership of content and documents you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as necessary to provide and improve the services, maintain security, and comply with law. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.
6. AI Features
AI-generated responses can contain mistakes, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI output before relying on or submitting it. Do not submit AI-generated work where an institution prohibits it.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The services may use or link to third-party platforms, including payment processors, scheduling tools, cloud storage, universities, scholarship providers, and government sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, decisions, or practices.
8. Payments, Memberships, and Consultations
Prices and billing terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Recurring memberships continue until canceled according to the cancellation method disclosed at purchase. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees for completed consultations, accessed digital services, or consumed membership periods may be nonrefundable. Third-party payment processor terms also apply.
9. Intellectual Property
The Fund My Future name, app design, databases, branding, original text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Citadel Global Impact Group and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address violations, respond to legal requirements, or prevent fraud or abuse. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or that every opportunity remains open, verified, or unchanged. Deadlines, eligibility requirements, costs, and official decisions can change.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citadel Global Impact Group and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost data, or decisions made by third parties arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Citadel Global Impact Group harmless from claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that violates another person’s rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
